We are manufacturing all types of Spiral Wound Gaskets, Ring Joint Gaskets ( Metallic & Non Metallic) Sealing ring
(Metallic & Non-Metallic ) Lens Gasket, Rubber Gaskets, PTFE Envelope Gaskets, PTFE Gasket, Grafoil Gaskets, Soft Cut Gaskets etc.
to any shape and size as per customer requirements and of National & International Standards.
We know how materials act in different conditions and environments. We have produced gaskets to operate in both sub-zero and extremely high-temperature ranges, for use in mining and sub-marine environments; as well as in the presence of extreme chemicals and corrosives.
Our customers often come to us with technical engineering problems, and look to us for solutions.
We request you to kindly give us an opportunity to serve your esteem organization. If you require any further clarification,
please kindly feel free to call us. Thanking you and assuring our best services at all times.

SERRATED GASKETS
Metal serrated gaskets belong to a kind of metal composite gaskets. Generally, the zigzag grooves with 90 degree angle of concentricity are machined on the two sides of metal flat gaskets by precision lathe or special milling machine. Because the contact
with other sealing surfaces is a linear contact of many concentric circles, they have labyrinth sealing effect.
Flexible graphite can be selected according to different media and working conditions. PTFE, asbestos-free board or some other soft metals are pasted on the two sides of the gasket, making use of the sealing property of the soft covering layer and the strength and elasticity of the metal to achieve a better sealing effect.

JACKETED GASKET
A Jacketed gasket features an inner soft material core and an outer metallic shell. The inner filler material provides resilience to the gasket, whereas the metal jacket protects
the inner core of the gasket and withstands the pressure, the temperature, and the corrosion of the process.
Metal jacket gaskets are available with a single or double jacket and are widely used for pumps, valves, pressure vessels, and other mechanical equipment.

CORRUGATED METAL GASKETS
The corrugated metal gaskets have been proven to be both reliable and cost- effective for the application on flanges and heads where bolt loading is sufficient. Their operation principle is based on different degrees of hardness of adjacent materials. The sealing effect is produced by the constant load to which a gasket is exposed. They are used in applications, which require mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, as well as temperature and corrosion resistance.

RING JOINT GASKETS R, RX, BX
A Ring Joint Gasket (RTJ) provides a strong and durable metal-to-metal seal between two mating RTJ flanges. As the flanges are bolted, the softer material of the ring joint gasket is “squeezed” into the flanges grooves (made of a harder material) and seals the connection very tightly. RTJ gaskets are available in three styles, R (oval, octagonal), RX, and BX.
Ring joint gaskets (RTJ) ensure a long lasting and strong seal for flanges, valves, piping spools and vessels at high pressure and temperatures (which are typical conditions for many petrochemical processes).
